Related to my work i found that when capturing very thin retinal layers or very un familiar deformaties that not have normative data bais referances

Yes it affect all tje instrument calibration when it is turn on, and when you have patient test the result is afected because the patien has light for the bavk and he is not able to see all the diferents type of lights

You sjould press the patient button and the same time turn it the instrument on keep in button press until you see in tje display the calibration message of the touchscreen

You neef begin by the lowes part. You sjould rest the instrument on tje left side to get the botton screws.
In orther to take the covers you sjoul take away first the chinrest

Just with alcohol and cotton, nothing else, you should only clean the head rest and the chinrest

Is because is similar to old tv's. You have to take it out the screw exavtly below the monitor, there is a hole you should introduce a allen key 3 mm .after you take it out the screw uou are able to take the monitor out and move the tv controls on the board, brightness and contrast until you have better image.

Field of view and working distance vs magnification is a law of physics. Using the lowest power gives you the widest field of view and greatest working distance but the trade of is that you loose magnification. Conversely as you increase magnification you decrease working distance and you loose field of view diameter.
The optics of your microscope are limited to .4x to 2.5x magnification. Your working distance is limited to 200 - 400mm depending on the magnification you are using.
I am not aware of any interchangeable lenses for this scope.
