One eye or the other seems slightly out of focus.
Hi, one of your eyepieces has an twisty eye piece, its printed on the outside + & -, probably the right side? If its the right side you close your left eye and focus with your right, then open both & HEY Presto, you've got vision in both! Thanks Mark
Central axis came loose
I am sorry to tell you but without, sophisticated equipment, it is not possible to do something such as this outside of the factory. Zeiss are a very very good make. You need to return these to the Zeiss service center. If you are worried that it may cost more to repair than a new one. Ask, them for a "Quote" that way you can make your mind up what to do.
Once the central axis comes loose, there is no real way to make the surfaces grip again. As it is often the actual, material they are made from, loosens up.
Conquest scope has condensation on the inside any

Zeiss Deltrintem cleaning?
First look through the binoculars backwards keeping your face about a foot behind them. If you notice any fogginess as you look through then they will need to be taken to a service centre for repair. Your local camera shop may know of a repairman. I can advise for Australia, but not so much for the USA of Britain. In USA the one company I am aware of is Captain's Nautical Supplies in Seattle.

A service agent for Zeiss is your best bet, if not Zeiss themselves. There are service centres for binoculars in most countries around the world. This is not an easy fix problem, send it to someone who knows how!!
