it needs to drain first, before spinning. If the drain hose and/or pump is clogged with lint, etc. it will not drain. this may be an easy fix; check the drain hoses and the pump casing for blockage. you'll probably need to turn the machine on its side to do that.

i don't know. most washers have a lid safety switch that must be indicating the door or lid is properly closed. please check this switch is working properly. i just used a volt meter on a top loader. the lid switch was damaged.
if no water coming in, check hot and cold water are turned on. if no water, shutoff taps and disconnect both hoses at washer and the taps.[ most hoses have a wire screen in hose that may be plugged ]. if all seems clear, reconnect tap hose ends. hold hoses into sink or pail and check each is running free by justturning on taps a small amount. if hoses are OK, it may be the electrical connection to the water solenoids. inspect to see if connections are secure. if all seems OK, it may be a plugged or faulty switch/tube that is indicating the empty machine is full of water.

I do not know of a Whirlpool washing machine with the model WRB322DM0M00. There is a Whirlpool refrigerator, WRB322DMB00. The Whirlpool has the manual for this on their product page: https://www.whirlpool.com/kitchen/refrigeration/refrigerators/bottom-freezer/p.33-inches-wide-bottom-freezer-refrigerator-with-spillguard-glass-shelves-22-cu.-ft.wrb322dmbm.html . Expand the Manuals section . The direct link to the manual is currently https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201901/owners-manual-w11304737-revA.pdf . Sears Parts Direct also has the manual here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/5hntirn2zx-001198/whirlpool-wrb322dmbm00-bottom-mount-refrigerator .

I hope this helps. Other Whirlpool manuals can be found by searching here: https://www.whirlpool.com/services/manuals.html . Only two refrigerators are listed when I search for WRB322.
