Question edited for correct spelling of maker 'Noen' to 'Moen'.
'Fix' as in it is leaking? Or tighten it down because it is wobbly, or something completely different?
Modern faucets are made to be 'Eco', so less water flow and lower water consumption.
If the water flow is a lot more on the hot side, there there is a fault with the cold. There aren't many reasons.
Stuck shut of valve. Disconnect the braided line and open the valve into a bucket.
Or the ceramic cartridge in the faucet is not correctly lined up.
Or remove the strainer on the head, they can block with debris.
..
Question edited for clarity and add CAPS.
Here is the parts breakdown. Your model is discontinued.
The hand lever unscrews, the part that holds the handle looks like a push fit and then there is a screw collar holding the cartridge. Increase Zoom to 200%.

Hello F Cashman and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The handles for the Moen Waterhill Chrome Two-Handle High Arc Kitchen Faucet are removed by holding the lever stationary, while unscrewing the base of the handle hub counter-clockwise to remove the complete handle. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. https://solutions.moen.com/Article_Library/Kitchen_Handle_2H%3A_Threaded_Hub
Solid Blue - Normal operation, "Touch" mode is activated.
Flashing Blue - Normal operation, the hands-free mode is activated.
Solid Red - Warning mode - Replace batteries as soon as possible. While the water is running Solid Red LED is illuminated. When the water is off, the Red LED flashes once every 5 seconds. The faucet operates normally, solenoid valve is open.
Rapid Flash Red - Alert Mode - Battery Failure Imminent. The Red LED flashes once a second. The first time the faucet is used, the Red LED will turn ON, the solenoid valve will be opened and remain open. The manual valve must be used until the batteries are replaced.
Solid Red - Lockdown Mode - Replace Batteries. Extremely Low Batteries - The RED LED is ON, and water will not flow. The solenoid valve is closed and faucet will not operate until batteries are replaced.
Long Flash Red (2 seconds on / 2 seconds off) - Board error, replace electronics kit, RP53230 See manual bypass of electronics section of Installation instructions.
Try using a suction cup to pull the button out. Place the suction cup over the button and pull it outwards. The suction cup should create enough force to pull the button out.
If the suction cup doesn't work, try using a strong magnet to pull the button out. Place the magnet over the button and pull it outwards. The magnet should create enough force to pull the button out.
If the above methods don't work, try using a flathead screwdriver to pry the button out. Place the screwdriver under the button and gently pry it outwards. Be careful not to damage the button or the faucet.
If this does not work, try customer support for Delta.
Test the flow of water with the showerhead removed (through the shower arm). If you are getting good flow through the shower arm- clean the showerhead to remove any debris and replace if necessary. If there is still no flow, replace the cartridge.

Well, we can have a one on one seminar by the internet. I've been a pumpman for 20 years. I can share with you my experience (household pumps, suibmersible pumps, turbine pumps, gear pumps, piston pumps, dewatering pumps, mud pumps, trash pumps, mining pumps, solids handling pump, etc....) Just take your pick. Just send in your e-mail for assistance. God bless.
To remove the plastic insert on your Kohler K-171 kitchen faucet, you can follow these steps:
First, turn off the water supply to the faucet.
Next, remove the handle of the faucet by unscrewing the set screw on the underside of the handle using a hex wrench or an Allen key.
Once the handle is removed, you should see a plastic insert that covers the cartridge. To remove this insert, use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry it off.
Once the plastic insert is removed, you should be able to access the cartridge.
If you need more detailed instructions, you can refer to the installation manual for your Kohler K-171 kitchen faucet .
It is obsolete, but according to this can be either. This is the specs for 1/2 HP. but the one you quote is 1 HP. I used a similar pump to pull water 30 feet from a stream and 5 feet lift to the pump and then up 12 feet over a waterwheel. You just need a good sealing none return valve in the water and at the pump.CA48A95A06https://www.automationrecovery.com/products/GOULDS-PUMPS-C48A95A06-SERIES-J10S-J+PLUS-JET-PUMP/?ProductID=135722Goulds J+ Series - 17.5 GPM 1/2 HP Cast Iron Convertible Jet Pump. It is leaking due to a defective mechanical seal. It needs to be replaced. To replace it, is to take the pumpcase off by taking off the bolts that hold it. Then, take the impeller off to take the mechanical seal behind it. Put the replacement in, and reassemble the pump. Just get in touch with us by e-mail to get more assistance.
