Will not get colder than 50
The first thing to check would be the condenser coils. Not sure where it is on your model, but when they collect dust, they do not allow the fridge to cool down correctly. It will be on the back of the fridge. Either running down from top to bottom or will be at the back behind the lower panel. If the condenser fan is running, then the coil is probably dirty. Unless someone has accidentally moved the temperature setting inside the fridge.

Why is my Uline ice maker filling with water not ice ?
At first I wanted to say it has to fill with water to make ice but I know you mean the ice bin is filling with water. You either have an issue with the water control valve leaking or your timer isn't working properly. Listen for the water to flow and when it seems to shut off look at the tray fill spout and see if it actually stopped dripping. If it continues to drip (not flow normally) then the valve is leaking. If it isn't dripping but the water in the ice tray over flowed, then the issue is either with the timer or the adjustment is incorrect.
How do i get to the fill valve on my ice maker?
Follow the water line to the water connection from the water supply from the home. The valve should have two wires connected to it and will likely be behind a removable panel.

How to empty drip pan on u-1175rs-00
Generally the defrost drip system is designed to evaporate the defrost water as the compressor fan runs as the forced warm air from the compressor evaporates the water in the tray. As long as the defrost timer is working properly and the compressor fan hasn't failed, you should never have to worry about emptying the tray.
Now, if it's overflowing you will need to determine why, is it the compressor fan, room temperature too cold, defrost cycle not working or what. The tray is usually located behind the grill at the bottom of the refrigerator which just pops off sometimes after opening the door(s). The tray sits in a recess where you lift it out of.
What does 34F ER mean
Put a freezer thermometer in the freezer and see if it reads +34 degrees, then put it in the refrigerator. If the freezer reading is above 0 degrees, say +34, then the freezer is too warm. If the refrigerator is reading 34 and the freezer is way cold, then the refrigerator is getting too cold. This could be either a thermostat setting too cold or the sensing isn't reading properly or a much more serious issue. Generally a refrigerator should be no warmer than +40 but not freezing either +32 degrees and a freezer should be about 0 degrees. Make sure nothing is blocking the air flow duct work or where the sensors are located.
