No, but if you hook up a computer connecting to the internet through that phone line to the router, i think you can share that internet connection with the pocketpc.

I dropped my Toshiba e755
My suggestion would be to hook it up to an external monitor and see what happens during the boot, if you get a screen showing up there then your screen is damaged, if not then you may have other problems, for instance if the power cable was in at the time, then the power connector is easily broken. When dropping a laptop, many problems can be created, including damaged hard drive to name one. You need a repair centre that has the correct diagnostic tools to find the problem. Keeping in mind the fix may not be worth the cost as these are so cheap these days.

You did not say what wireless you are using. The e755 is the PDA and it is having trouble with the connection to the wireless lan. There have been a lot of updates to the wireless devices because of security issues. IT could be that the PDA can not talk to the wireless because the wireless is updated. You may have to reset the PDA and have it discover the wireless connection all over again.

DEACTIVATE TOUCH SCREEN ON TOSHIBA E55T-A5320
usually on toshiba you have to download the touch pad file from the manufacturers web site unless there is a disable in the bios
this varies by model...be sure to get the right "utility file" for your particular model
