It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range. If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair. Tasco do have a Warranty and Repair Service.

im sorry but the price of that scope is not worth getting new crosshairs, you should just go get a new scope at walmart. they are like 9 bucks. But i myself would get a better scope, you can get decent ones for liek 60 bucks. Last a lifetime if you take care of them. The best scopes can cost 800 dollars on up. Just get a new scope. the part would coast more then the scope.

Do you mean de-purged tube or de-gause tube? Image intensifiers are not like CRT where they have a gausing problem. If a spot is burnt into the image intensifier, it unfortuantely is permanent.

If you mean de-purged (gasless), this can be done by a reputable service/repair workshop with nitrogen.

I found this, but perhaps there is no activity at night. Check it at 1:00am, the LEDs should glow. Camera stops taking images or won't take images

• Please make sure that the SD card is not full. If the card is full (display indicates "FULL", the camera will stop taking images.
• Check the batteries to make sure that they are new alkaline or lithium AA batteries. See note above about short battery life.
• Make sure that the Power/Mode Switch is in the ON position and not set to OFF or AIM.
• Make sure that you are using a good quality SD card in your camera. Tasco recommends SanDisk® SD Cards up to 32GB.
• If the SD card has its write protect switch in the lock position, the camera will not take images.
• If you have used an SD card in another device before inserting it in your Tasco Trail Camera, you might want to try formatting the card using the "Format" option in Setup Mode (pg. 8). Make sure you have backed up any important files first, as formatting will erase all previous files. In some cases, other devices may change the formatting of the SD card so that it will not work properly with the Tasco Trail Camera.

No, they only collect the light from the stars or the moon. First you have to be in a place with very little light pollution. I live in a city and haven't seen stars here for 17 years. Also you must let your eyes acclimatize to the dark. In reality, this telescope will only be suitable for the moon, but the moon will fill the Object lens and show great detail. You may also see some planets if you can find them, but generally it turns a small speck of light into a larger speck of light. The International Space Station should also show well. The clear plastic case the guide comes in is originally attached to a cardboard backing with the name of the item on front, and the instructions printed on back. Evidently alot of flolks who bought these, took the plastic case with the guide, off the cardboard backing and tossed the cardboard not realizing the instructions are on back. I kept mine, so am one of the few here who has the instructions.

If it is--- this is a simple REFLECTOR telescope on an equatorial mount. The mount must be polar aligned to Polaris in order to use it. See my TIPS on my profile page for instructions on aligning the mount on the North star Polaris.

You will not find a manual -- however Meade makes a very similar telescope and they post all of their manuals on this web site.

I believe this one is VERY similar to your telescope.

If it was supplied with batteries ensure any insulation is removed and they are in good condition and fitted the right way around. Check in the manual you have done everything as per instructions and if it still doesn't work, send it back to the supplier for refund or exchange. When something is supplied with batteries there is usually a plastic insulating strip to prevent a contact being made.

But what do you do when there is no CF value but you can read EX value?
