Blender blade not turning, rotating piece on base not connected
this is getting more and more common there is a part between the motor and the drive gear that snaps for no reason . its job is to snap if the blades jam as a "fuse" to save your house from a overheating ,jammed motor . the problem is there are no parts to buy to fix this . if its new take it back to where you bought it . otherwise shipping it 2 ways for repair to the factory is sometimes as much or more as a new blender ........ i would recomend you do one of two things : go to a goodwill or other type shop and get a nice vintage blender , it will last forever ! or move up to a vita mix . its costly but it will realy last you ... this new made in china junk is just bad news even when it has the kitchen aid name on it . its still the same junk ..... good luck........ Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep
me in the paid answer department . A 1 or 2 may knock me down into the
unpaid ranks. Thanks Cactus Bob .
Vitamix TQO VM0145 The Quiet One blender with a 3Hp motor.
You can typically find replacement carbon brushes for Vitamix blenders at appliance repair shops, online retailers, or directly from Vitamix. Ensure you get the correct model-specific brushes for the VM0145 blender with a 3Hp motor. Double-check the compatibility before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.
My B and D BL5000 blender doesn't stop when I press the STOP button. The motor goes when the cord is plugged in. Is this repairable? How? I have looked at the screws to get at it
the lock/unlock button on the Cuisinart Smart Stick CSB-75 blender may not stay locked when pressed in. The solution is to hold the blender in the palm of your dominant hand, press the low or high button and hold, then push and release the lock button on top with a finger on your other hand. The blender motor should start as soon as you push the lock button down and stay running until you release the high or low button.
However, fix.com offers OEM Black and Decker blender parts and accessories, including rubber gaskets, jar bases, measuring cup lid inserts, and blade assemblies. You may want to check if the parts you need are available and replaceable.
If you are unable to repair the blender yourself, you can contact Black and Decker customer service for assistance. They may be able to provide you with additional information on how to repair your blender or direct you to a local repair shop.

There is a leak in the caraffe(or jar). It is at
Common issue with all of these carafe's. Once the jar starts to leak the bearings are shot and it is time to replace the jar. The bearings are non-replacable. Bad design in my opinion. I was able to get my last jar (I have been through 3 before the 5 year warranty went out) to last by hand washing and not putting it in the dishwasher, but after 4 years of use on this jar it failed too.
Breville blender won't turn on. The on light is
FIXED IT - It's the screws on the bottom of the jar assembly, where the blades are attached. There are 4 Torx screws - star-shaped - and when these come loose over time the Blender will start to operate only sometimes. Eventually it will be never.
Tighten these four screws and everything will be fine!

Ccib0010 plastic drive will not engage
The nylon coupling is either cracked or missing. A flat key extends from the motor shaft and locks into the extension like a paddle in order to move the blades. If you can not find the insert, this style of interlocking is common mechanical design. There are sometimes a spring clip the paddle interlocks with. The nylon insert locks into the blade rod mechanism. I suppose the nylon insert is designed as a replacement part rather than replace the entire blade extension
