By adjusting doors you mean the reason door look uneven or doors wont close them self. Door can be adjusted by proper level of the fridge. Please remember the front legs or casters should be raised, so the door swings close. Also the door is attached to hinges which have some leverage.

If it is 'sparking fire' then you better unplug it and get a new one. You don't need a house fire.

could be a fuse needing to be replaced. would suggest have a qualified person look at it because most microwaves are high voltage and if it is a fuse and wrong size is put in,it could cause a fire.
