Hi Tim: Seiko watches are fairly valuable. I've had one of the dive watches for close to 40 years with zero maintenance needed. Unless you really know what you're doing, if it was me, I'd be taking it to a really watch repair person. It's worth it, unless the watch is of no value to you. But that's just my opinion. Cheers.

Seiko does not publish that in hopes that you take it into a dealer to have it worked on but the battery is a 371

there is one but it is a discontinued model . TYPE in your question and check the results that appear .

probably is used when timing something make sure it is in the clock mode and the stop watch mode

If I was u I would call Seiko and ask them how to do or send you Manuel. They always help there customers.??

probably because you have it set to 12 pm midnight and not 12 noon so at 12 noon it is actually midnight when the date will change reset the time of the day to am or pm and any pm settings will change the date at 12 midnight.

Take it to any watch shop, they will help you
