Saniflo Sanistar upflow wall hung toilet won't keep enough water level in bowl. Can't find where the float would be on it.

Some wall mount toilets can have the cistern fitted on the other side of the wall the bowl is mounted to so it appears 'Hidden'. Your float valve adjustment will be in there.

The bowl in my saniflo toilet has very low water level, and is getting lower. Would you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you, Erin

I know absolutely nothing about the Saniflo system other than the very basic working principle but logically there must be a vent or an airbreak between the macerator/pump unit and the toilet bowl or the pump would tend to create a depression in the container and draw water from the toilet bowl...

Saniplus pump sounds like a jackhammer

I'm glad you asked today, and not 3 months ago! We also have this model, and ours is hooked to a septic tank, and with a whole lot of trouble, I believe we have your answer. It is: Toilet paper. You can pull up the Sani-flush people on line, and they will help you disassemble your unit and clean it. You should find it bound up with a big wad of toilet paper. The newer toilet papers, particularly the softer/gentler/stronger ones, are more glue than paper, and will clog up everything. After our latest go-around a few months ago, we had to go to some stores and buy an assortment of toilet papers, and put samples in glass jars with water, and shake them, to see which would disintegrate, and which stayed together. Because of this, sounds like you will find this the problem. Best not push the motor, or it may burn up, and be quite expensive to fix. Be blessed,

It needs cleaning out regularly - at least once a year! We have one fitted to a shower that is used daily. The small amount of hair - that falls out every time hair is washed under the shower - builds up and clogs up the pump. We are on our second pump, the first installed just over 10 years ago, this one is under 3 years old and it already looks like it will have to be replaced.

Saniflo Plus toilet backs up when flushed then drains slowly. I just replaced the entire unit because the old one was doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

If drain is not clogged, check vent pipe to make sure it is clear. Sometimes birds or other critters build nests.
