If it doesn't seem to be wet do it lightly with the hairdryer in a low setting. If it still has the alarm, it is wet somewhere that does not dry easily. It seems that when you dropped your tablet something may have been knocked loose inside the tablet or something may have broken.
That means you will need to take your tablet to a reputable computer repair business in your area to have a repair technician check it out.
Usually for such repair evaluation services you will have to pay an initial inspection fee. The place where I take my computers and tablets charges $35 for an initial inspection and repair evaluation. I would recommend performing an antivirus scan on your device. You can search for "avast" or "malwarbytes" in your app store to get started.
If that doesn't work, then you can perform a factory reset as described by Samsung here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062842/ . You'll be advised to back up your files before performing the factory reset.

You will have to do a factory data reset! I found when I bought this it kept playing a demo video every time I tried to close the screen. Go to settings, then general, then backup and reset. Turn off backup my data and automatic restore. Then touch on Factory Data Reset. You will have to agree to everything after it restarts but you can change these settings after you have reset your account info. This worked for me. You will loose your pics, data, and other things you have put on this device but if you transfer those dates to a SD card you can reinstall after resetting the tablet. This is the only way I found to get rid of the annoying demo video that comes with this thing.
