Looks like a valid model - e.g. portableone.com is selling it, but to verify, check the About information on the Settings screen. Samsung should be able to track it using the tablet's MAC address. Try Samsung Global in case this model is one sold outside North America.
Restart it. Do not turn it off and then on but Restart it or reboot it. If the alarm still on try to find if it is wet somewhere. If it doesn't seem to be wet do it lightly with the hairdryer in a low setting. If it still has the alarm, it is wet somewhere that does not dry easily. Leave it for a few days and check it out again. If the alarm is still on, time to take it for service/repairs
You have to purchase removal service. Ebay has this. You will need accress to a computer and a file download called Team Viewer. They can remotely unlock it for you. Cost approx $10. Ive used ebay item number 163398711728 over 20 times. Works everytime.
Find the model number, then in the search bar put the model number with the word specs after it. You should be directed to all the specifications. Size, weight, OS, how many cores, graphics, memory etc.
At this level of charge their is not enough to start the boot process , if it doesn't charge at all their may be a fault with the Battery cell , however i had a similar issue, just leave it for a while, if their is still no indication that its charging or it wont turn on their could also be a problem with the Start Button

If you mean it shuts down then the battery is most likely failing, if you mean the programs stop running then try doing a memory dump, get rid of all the old data files you can. Transferring as much data to a SD memory card helps as well
