Check where you went wrong. Caps, or any other little mistake, can cause the computer (on the server side) to reject you.
Also try to find out if the provider has a server error.
Phone locked up
To Restore to factory settings
1. From the application menu, Select Settings
2. select SD Card & Phone Storage
3. Select Factory data reset
4. Select Reset phone
5. Enter your password if required, then Select Yes to confirm
To do Hard reset if your phone is frozen:
1. Turn the power off. If your Samsung Moment is frozen, pull the battery out and put it back again
2. Hold the Volume Down button, Call and End until "Samsung" appears on the screen along with a menu
3. Select Master reset device
4. When the phone is done erasing, choose the option to reboot
Once the Samsung Moment reboot it returns back to factory-fresh default state settings.

Click Start, then type device manager in the Search box, then click Device Manager.
Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. Right click a device and click Uninstall. Repeat for each device.
Once complete, restart your computer. Your USB controllers will automatically install. If the method fails you can try the following method: Click Start, type Device Manager in the Search box
Click Device Manager from the returned list.
Click Disk Drives from the list of hardware
Right-click the USB external hard drive with the issue, and click Uninstall.
After the hard drive is uninstalled, unplug the USB cable.
Wait for 1 minute and then reconnect the USB cable. The driver should automatically load
Check for the USB drive in Windows Explorer
"obtaining IP address"
May I suggest to temporarily have no wep/wpa set at all, go for open and see if that works for the tablet.If not, try changing the SSID of your wireless network.Also, there may be insufficient IP's in the DHCP pool.Or, maybe a MAC filter is set.
I get no incoming calls
How I would troubleshoot:
- Go into airplane mode and disable it.
- Give your PIN to unlock the SIM card and see if you can call and receive calls. If not,
- Open System Settings
- Go to Network (or More.. in Networks)
- Go to Mobile Networks.
- Go to Mobile Providers. It will start searching for available providers.
- After searching, select Automatically select.
If this has not resolved the issue, I would contact my provider.
