To Restore to factory settings 1. From the application menu, Select Settings 2. select SD Card & Phone Storage 3. Select Factory data reset 4. Select Reset phone 5. May I suggest to temporarily have no wep/wpa set at all, go for open and see if that works for the tablet.If not, try changing the SSID of your wireless network.Also, there may be insufficient IP's in the DHCP pool.Or, maybe a MAC filter is set.

How I would troubleshoot:
