I have a power problem

I leave my 18 volt batteries charging year round even if I do not use my drill I switch batteries about once a month to keep them both up to snuff. your new chargers are made to do that unless the instructions tell you not to. I was told even new batteries will not hold their charge if allowed to completely run down and stay there.

How to Change a spark plug?

All you need to do is remove the rubber boot that covers the spark plug. This is the wire that transmits the current to the plug. This just pulls off. Once you expose the spark plug you get a deep socket to fit in around the spark plug. Probably a 5/8th, could be bigger. Turn it counter clock wise, pull out and replace. Done deal. There are spark plug sockets that have a retaining gasket in it that holds the spark plug as you pull it out but not necessary.

Engine stalls out while using pressure washer

Pump issue. There is not much you can do but try spaying silicone into pump output port to loosen up the bypass and load valves. If no glory you need a new pump.

Low pressure

Bypass valve on pump is stuck. Not sure you can fix it but you can try to take the output side of the valve apart on the pump to clean it up or spray some silicone spray inside the output side of the pump. If this doesn't work you will need a new pump.

What causes funny idle with a rigid 3000 psi pressure washer

Get some fuel system cleaner you can put directly into gas tank from autozone, etc, parts store and run it through before you do anything else.

Why Does my pressure washer shut down?

Will need more info for an educated answer. does it occur after 5 minutes? does it have gas? does it shut down when you stop spraying for a minute? If so, it could be the pressure relief valve in the unit. I think more information would be helpful to assist you properly. Include make and model too.

It starts easy and runs for about 10 minutes and cuts off. Have to wait 30-45 min. to restart with the same cutting off problem. Have always had a problem with restarting even when I shut it down on m

If your oil is too low or even a little bit low or if your machine is sitting on an incline, it will start and run until the oil is dispersed within the motor. Spreading the little amount of oil that is in there all around the inside of the motor would then reduce the amount of oil that is "sensed" by the "low-oil safety shutoff" switch, which would then shut down the engine. Its possible that your "low-oil sensor switch" is bad. You can test it by unplugging it. Just look for a wire that runs from your ignition switch or ignition coil to a sensor mounted on the engine block somewhere. Usually, it just unplugs right at the sensor. Simply unplug it and crank the engine and if it keeps running, then you know you have a bad switch (if you've topped off the oil, of course!).

My pressure washer just stopped while working, why?

Check your oil level. This machine has a "low oil shutoff" safety mechanism. If the oil is low it shuts down.
