I don't know if this is helpful or not, but Walmart will often replace batteries at their jewelry counter for free. You just have to pay for the battery. Hope this helps.

If you cannot work out how to remove a link, take it to a watch shop.

Don't be tempted to apply a large force on any of the pins as you may damage them.

I suggest you go to a watch shop and explain your problem.

I feel sure that they will be able to get it off with damaging it.

Call Pulsar and they can help you find your band number and tell you if links are still available for your watch! :-) They will ship them to you and you then need to take the watch and links to a reputable watch repair company!

You may have two batteries in your watch - one for analog and another for digital. Check that out and if this is the case - replace the battery for digital part. If there is only one battery - your watch's digital part has electronic failure and you will need professional watchmakers help to fix it.

Enter the details required from the information on the back of the watch.

Download the instrucitons.

I went through the steps on re-setting the time and date and somehow it fixed the problem.

Pulsar do not seem to have the option of downloading instructions but if you enter "www.pulsarwatches.com", there is a "contact us" tab at the bottom right hand side of the screen and you could ask for help from them there.

I would return it sounds not like a batt. problem but internal mechanical. If you have a reciept dont deal with a potential problem get a replacement.

Try this: pull out crown to the first click, then push and hold button at 2 o'clock. When the hand is adjusted to the desired time, push the crown back in.
If thi do not work, do the same using the button at 4 o'clock.

The store where I bought the watch called Pulsar direct and they are sending me an instruction manual.

some are twist of which u need a special tool.. dont take it to walmart, they are only a dollar or 2 cheaper then a jewelry store

I think I bought the same watch (at Casual Male for $30).... as far as I can tell the 2 little extra dials are only for show... there seems to be no way to use them as stopwatch or for anything! At least the watch looks nice & keeps perfect time (so far)...
