Open back cover

If it is a screw on back you will need special tools but if it is a push on back you will be able to remove with a small knife

No. Most likely not. Try contacting the manufacturer and give them a description of your watch. They most likely wont be able to help you becuase you need the numbers off the back of the watch in order for them to identify the watch...
