Soap pump won't work...fill it, pump a thousand
Common problem with PF faucets. Have read elsewhere that soaking the pump mechanism in water or other solution may fix. PF offers new pump mechanism for less than $8 but shipping is equal to that. That is a non-starter for me.
Stopped by Lowes this afternoon and when I told them the part I was looking for, they handed me the 931-0020 pump replacement saying that PF rep had dropped off a ton of them because they were having problems with the dispensers across thier line. And, get this, they gave it to me gratis!
I'll see how easy it is to pop out and replace tonight (instructions elsewhere on this site)
Low flow but when I
try cleaning the earator at the end of the faucet, is this an older faucet?
Water just trickles out of tap
The problem most likely is a clogged aerator. That is the part that sticks out of the faucet that the water comes out of. You need to unscrew it, take it apart, and then remove any particles that are inside. Sometimes the easiest solution is to buy a new aerator at a hardware store. Take the old one in to make sure you get one that will fit.
Before replacing the aerator, run the faucet without it for a minute or so to clear out any remaining debris.
Unscrewing the aerator: Looking down on the faucet from above the sink, turn the aerator (which will be on the far side of the faucet) clockwise to remove it. You may have to grab it (carefully) with a pair of pliers. Close the drain before you do this so you don't loose any parts down the drain.
There is a "thumping" noise
Sounds like your water pressure may be to high for the faucet, an inline regulator might be all you need. You didn't mention if it thumped once or repeatedly, if its the latter, you may need to install an expansion tank.
Next time you turn it on, try it to the left (hot), and to the right (cold) to see if it only makes the sound on the hot side, if so an expansion tank may needed. Good Luck
Pressure in sprayer but not faucet
No tricks just good old fashioned PITA plumbing. You are likely to be correct with the plumbing and I think if you can remove the diverter or disconnect the supply lines you may find something is jammed up and clogging the valves. Unable to find a likely culprit? If you still have everything and it is new I would seriously consider returning it and getting a replacement as it may be defective as well. I prefer the two knob models myself for this reason.
I installed Series 26 Avalon
Remove and clean the Price Pfister aerator. Turn the water on after you remove the aerator and check the flow-rate. Many new Lavatory and kitchen faucets are now equipped with Eco friendly water saver aerators. if the flow is normal without the aerator, the faucet is OK. if you want more water flow from your lavatory faucet, you will need to buy one of the old style high flow aerators from your hardware store. If you remove the aerator and still get low pressure from both hot and cold faucets, you may need to replace the faucet. Call the Price Pfister warranty phone number that came with your faucet.
Water barely comes out hot or cold
Make sure the filter screen that is screwed to the spout is clean and in properly. If so there may be debris in the ball control valve. If the faucet has some age on it, I suggest going to Home Depot and getting a rebuild kit. The kit contains disassembly instructions and all new valve parts. Easy fix and HD is a Price dealer.
Thanks
Re: single handle lav. Ashfield: cold water flow
I have the same problem with my Ashfield faucet.
I am going to contact Price Pfister and try to get a new 'cartridge'.
On another note, my Ashfield towel rings are also broken. The connection where the two pieces meet is so weak it cannot handle daily use. I am going to bring this up with Pfister as well.
It doesn't seem like Price Pfister has very good products.
First the soap dispenser stopped working, then the

you have a defective slide valve, you can get replacement's for them or just replace the whole unit,
it can be tricky to remove these faucet's, if they are rusted in place. you may want to call a handyman.

Soap dispenser not pumping. should i send this or
Inside the dispensor pump cartridge is a small ball that acts like a valve; it gets stuck or gummed-up,or dirt particles may lodge against it therefore the ball does not seal the valve hole and no pumping occurs. You can disassemble the cartridge if you have the patience, or contact price pfister for a replacement. Note: the handle is not part of the replacement; the cartridge is a general part that fits many styles of decorative matching fauctes. Goodluck, Macgivor

Faucets won't turn off
Open your cubbards under the sink and look for (2) valves/angle stops. then turn them to the right until the water stops running.
If this doesn't work you'll have to find any isolation valves down line or kill the house supply at the No.1 valve At your water meter.
