replace cartridges for $$$$ or toss printer as OKI stopped making printer 3-4 years ago.

The exposure lamp is dirty and needs to clean on all surfaces. if not fixed then you need to replace the lamp.

Unplug the machine. Pull the machine out. Remove all the paper trays. Open all the doors. Remove the Toner. Get a flashlight and look for a small piece of torn paper from a previous jam that was torn when pulled out. Clean the rubber feed rollers with a damp soapy cloth, rinse and leave to dry. RESET OKIDATA TONER DRUM 1. Turn machine on while pushing and holding the TWO up/down menu buttons at same time. 2. Menu window will show "OKI USER" 3. Scroll to " Engine Dialog Mode" is indicated. Push Enter button. 4. "Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated. 5. Scroll to "NV-Ram initial" is indicated. Push ENTER. 6. Window shows "NV-Ram- Initial Table 1". 7. Push ONLINE and ENTER Buttons simultaneously and HOLD for 10 seconds after you see "Executing Reset" appear in menu window. 8. Restart printer. All toner, drum, fuser and transfer figures return to 100\%.

sounds like the printer heads needs to be clean or a paper jam. your printer should have came with self cleaning software paper jam remove paper tray, open all access to printer to check if there is a crumbled paper or even a small torn piece of paper from a previous jam. if successful restart your printer

Error code 122 means " Low voltage FAN error ".

Is the FAN (bottom right of the front) of the low voltage power supply block working? Is the FAN connector connected correctly?

Check to make sure connection of the FAN connector. Replace the low voltage power supply unit. Replace the FAN motor. Replace the low voltage power supply unit.

Sometimes if there was a paper jam and someone removed it without getting all of the paper, then there could be a small piece of paper still in the way of the sensor. If you have any compressed air it might help to blow it out of the sensor area. I have had issues with that in the past as well, so I opened up the area it said it was jammed - gave it a good going over with the can of compresses air, and it seemed to clear out the jam.
