The hand lever unscrews, the part that holds the handle looks like a push fit and then there is a screw collar holding the cartridge. Increase Zoom to 200%.

I need to remove the faucet handle to fix a leak and I don't know how to remove the handle -please help

The handles for the Moen Waterhill Chrome Two-Handle High Arc Kitchen Faucet are removed by holding the lever stationary, while unscrewing the base of the handle hub counter-clockwise to remove the complete handle. Test the flow of water with the showerhead removed (through the shower arm). If you are getting good flow through the shower arm- clean the showerhead to remove any debris and replace if necessary. If there is still no flow, replace the cartridge.

Check the power to it, battery or transformer unit.
Ensure that the data cable and power source cable (battery pack or AC adapter) are plugged in tight and secure. Check Batteries: If using a battery pack, ensure the batteries are installed correctly and are snug in the battery holder. Loose batteries can cause the faucet to operate erratically.

go there the manual for it is there, all mine are.
some are very tricky,
RTM read the manual costs ZERO to read.
and is best for sure if tools are needed, or other odd things.
no 2 valves on earth are the same zillions, models unless are.
In all honesty the easiest fix is to call moen and they will and they will send a new faucet to your door step with no charge. It is a cartridge you have to replace inorder to cure the leak. It a moen cartridge part # 1224 should you choose to replace it. Assuming this is a Monticello 2 handle faucet. Hope this helps!
First clean out your cabinets under the sink. Second turn turn the cold water valve off, hot water valve as well. You should be able to locate the sprayer hose as it will have a weight on it, this helps to pull the sprayer back when you are finished with it. Remove the weight by lifting up on the tab should be on the center of the weight. Then you should see the hose connection.There you should see a button.Push it in and give it a little tug. The hose should be disconnected. Just follow in reverse order to reinstall. I hope this is information is helpful. Have a blessed day.
