How to adjust the straps

Visit www.maxi-cosi.com and select which country you're in, then choose the model carseat you have and go to the Service tab to download a copy of the User Manual which will show how to adjust harness height.

Can u fit a maxi cosi car seat fit onto oyster frame

Maxi-Cosi do not produce adaptors for the carseats to be fitted on other manufacturers chassis. If there are adaptors to fit the Maxi-Cosi carseat to this model chassis they would be manufactured and sold by the manufacturer of the chassis, so you should contact them for assistance.

If you're in the UK and the product is under 24 months old please return to retailer with proof of purchase for them to send into the engineers to provide inspection / repair required under warranty terms and conditions.
If you're in the UK and the product is over 24 months old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 08:30-17:30 / Fri 08:30-16:30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) Standard charge is 39.99GBP which does include courier collection and delivery.

We must advise that carseat harnesses are never removed due to the serious safety implications of them being incorrectly re-fitted.
The carseat would need to come to our engineers for them to provide fitting of the harness and safety tests to ensure it is working as per specification prior to continued use.

Instructions on removal of carseat fabric can be found in your User Manual. If you no longer have the User Manual visit www.maxi-cosi.com and select the country you're in, then choose the carseat you have and click the Service tab to download a replacement copy.
Straps too tight

To loosen the harness on the CabrioFix depress the button on the tensioner housing unit and pull both harness straps toward you together as instructed in the User Manual.
If this is not working it will need to come in for inspection and repair required. The seat must not be used with a broken carry handle. The carry handle provides vital protection to the child in the event of an impact.
If you're in the UK and the seat is under 24 months old return it to your retailer with proof of purchase for them to send to the engineers for inspection / repair required under warranty terms and conditions.
