Isofix base beeps and third green light goes out
Hi
This would indicate that the unit is loosing connection when you go around corners / over bumps. The only time we've heard of this before is when driving is at high speed.
If you're finding this an issue at low speed we would recommend the unit comes in for inspection / repair.

Cleaning maxi-cosi cover
Hi
Fabric is designed to be removed for washing, either handwash or handwash / delicate cycle on washing machine is fine, maximum 30 degrees, ensure you use additional rinse and spin to completely remove all detergent residue as leftovers will dry and leave white marks.

Straps wont lentghen on my maxi cosi tobi
Hi
It may be dirt / debris such as crumbs in the tensioner housing unit. Try vacuuming the carseat, paying special attention to the tensioner housing unit (where the tensioner strap comes out of the carseat)
If this does not work, the carseat will need inspection and repair by our engineers.

Release button is broken
Hi
To release the carseat from the base you will need a pair of long nosed pliers.
Under the grey button on the base you would normally use to release the carseat you will find a small hole. Put the pliers into this hole and pull the wire inside firmly toward you. Lift the carseat from the base.
The base will now need to come into our engineers for inspection and repair.

Cannot adjust position
Hi
Grip the carseat on the underside of the front lip, push the button in and lift the front to recline / push down to put in a more upright position.
How can I get the footrest to stay in the 'up' position?
