Check the trigger and the associated wiring back to the machine.

Check movement of the governor arm without it running. You should be able to move it by hand. If it is stuck, it could be the idle solenoid, or possibly something else more major.

indicates that the liner has a groove worn in it and the wire is jamming in that groove replace the liner from the drive wheel to the nozzle

If the cooling fan motor comes on and the the machine “clicks” when you close the trigger, use your index finger and push in on the on/off switch, if the feed motor turns replace the on/off switch

not diode problem,check enternal wiring and relay for feed motor.

is the unit set for the right input voltage.

What is the code number? It has a lot to do with it.

No it has a lock out best is lieve it on when working

If your starting it on strike turn the power down until you start the power up if you have hf check the gas is coming constantly by listening for the solenoid to open and close when the trigger is pushed and change the settings around on 2 and 4 cycle.

Most likely thing is the brushes are bad on the armature of the generator part of the welder

depends on the material thickness and wire in use for the welding there are plenty of books and u-tube videos to help with getting the correct wire feed settings and voltage and current settings It all comes down to operators experience and ability to use the welder correctly
