The code P0093 indicates a possible a major fuel leak. It is possible that too much water in the bowl may have triggered this error or a dirty fuel filter. Look for leaks. You can change the fuel filter, and check the RETURN line to the tank to make sure it is not pinched or blocked. Then disconnect the battery to try to reset. If it still has the code, see if any sensors have gone bad. . I hope this helps!

Check for water in fuel. Disconnect fuel line from pump outlet and capture a fuel sample (cup or so). Put sample into small glass container and after a few seconds look for a visible water line (fuel floats). Any sign of water and you will need to drain both the carburetor fuel bowl and fuel tank (or pump tank until water no longer appears in sample).
