Repair manuals will be extremely difficult to get if there was such a thing you're best hope would be an exploded diagram with parts list the tools required are specialised so unless you want to make your own finding them will be difficult and expensive buy a couple of old scopes and strip them down and rebuild them for practice

If moving it into an air conditioned space does not evaporate the fog, then the lens will need to be removed and cleaned.

Many of these small spotting scopes are GLUED together. -- not screwed.The scope is NOT suitable for Astronomy, but could be used for birding and or target practice.

Wrong optics application. A spotting scope cannot change field of view.
