1.The terminal for the first transfer pressure/release sensor is not connected properly. Reconnect the terminal. 2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2). Test photosensor, PS15, in the I/O State Confirmation Mode, 48-0HIGH = home position or LOW = Other than home position by activating M19 (p/n 08AA 8003 0) transfer pressure/release motor, 48-0, 48-1, 48-2, or 48-3. Replace thephotosensor or motor as needed. 3. Possiblefailed Transfer/Pressure Release motor (M19). Check the operation of the motor(p/n 08AA 8003 0) in the I/O State confirmation mode for proper operation with code 48-0; this should rotate the motor constantly. Replace motorif needed. Also check for possibleopen ICP fuses, ICP3 (5V DC)and ICP4 (24V DC) on the AC drive board (p/n A03U H520 01). Replace the drive board as necessary. Usually this happens when machine is operated in environment that does not fulfill the recommended environment i.e. temperature and humidity. Refer the parts life counter reset.Every time you change the fuser ,imaging unit parts you need reset the counters.Touch the screen exe. nad reset.

Open the right side door. on the door you will see a sponge looking roller that roller is on the back side of the paper. On the front side is the Transfer belt which is inside the machine across from it when the cover is closed DO NOT TOUCH THE BELT THE SHINEY LOOKING THING THAT gets nicked or damaged you will see it on the print. Any way the code is for the sponge roller check and make sure it is installed properly, two levers at each end lock it in place. the whole assy. that the roller is on has a motor system that could also me a problem. If that roller is OK was it replaced when the belt was replaced? If not get a tech to look at it.
