if you say the motor is running but no blades moves in the cup.it means the shaft which is connected to the blades and the motors break down. so i refer u to open it and check which shaft part is broken,or take it to the mechanic.

Unless you tell us what the problem is you aren't going to get any sensible solutions.

It sounds like you need a new working bowl. It is not uncommon for that safety switch mechanism to fail inside the handle.

Yes it is a motor shaft sleeve, it is a normal wear and tear part, try K/A or their service agent closest to you.

Thank goodness you have solved it, help was a long time coming. It's a shame these threads don't self lock after a certain period.

Probably the safety microswitch activated by the bowl mechanism is not being pushed in far enough. Most likely it will need a new bowl or lid.

What colour?

A gouge in the edge of a plastic button is not the end of the world, it has to come out to effect a repair. I use a sharp knife down the side, you can always blend any little damages to the plastic with the round shaft of a screwdriver.
