I have Kenwood DS700 kitchen scales - they have
Hi,I just did it after a long research, keep the button pressed as the unit is switching on, it will display "hold for setting 3", "hold for setting 2", "hold for setting 1", and then it will display gms and oz, keep the button pressed till the desired unit is highlighted. The key is not to vary the pressure on the button, else you will have to switch it off and start over again.
I have purchased a kenwood FP270 food
not sure if this helps, but we bought the same FP270 11 months ago & use it 3-4 times a week with juicing attachment with carrots & apples. Last week the motor started to smell, and motor burnt out completely today with dust & noxious smoke coming out of the bottom. The Good Guys exchanged it for FPM270 with no hassles under warranty. I don't think the motor is powerful enough for serious kitchen work & had many cracks in the plastic parts.
