" I have tried all suggestions in your manual " Not OUR manual, we are Fixya dot com, we are nothing to do with Humax, we are not who you think we are. First, fully disconnect all devices from mains power for 15 minutes, router, television and the Humax Box. Plug in the router first, then the Humax and finally the television. It will take about 15 minutes for them all to come back online after the reset and all recognise each other. This is called a 'Power Cycle' and reloads all the software and connections. Then try again. USB memories formatted NTFS will read XviD videos. Ext3 or FAT formatted will copy or read XviD. MPEG4 is not supported but your TV may be able to show them directly via its USB PORT.
