HP 6500 open door error
I would lift the top up...and on the back left corner is a slot that the tab from the lid goes into to say the top is closed, I would stick a piece of paper of cardboard in the grove, or slot and see if that works..I think it is a light beam type switch, and not a mechanical switch that telsl the printer the lid is down..so you basically blocking light when cardboard is in that slot...

HP Officejet Pro L7780 Service Station Assembly Replacement? NOT SOLVED
Raja Ahkter is definitely a AI Bot. There was an answer from him earlier for a Washing machine where here suggested checking the 'Compressor', (thinks it is a fridge) and then a bit further on in the same answer suggested also checking the Inlet and Exhaust valves (thinks it is a car)! I delete his answers, but the bot picks them back up and answers again.

Printer does not print whole document
In 'Print Preview' look at the margins, and see if anything is too close to the edge of the paper. If it is, then set your margins further from the edge, or drag graphics further from the edge, etc.
To correct the margins that are set to close to the edge of the paper, open the document in Microsoft Word and follow these steps:
- Make sure that you are using the same printer driver that gave you the error in Microsoft Word Viewer.
- In Word, on the File menu, click Page Setup.
- Click OK.
You receive a warning dialog box about the unprintable regions.
- Click the Fix button.
- Save and close the document.
You can now open and print the document in Word Viewer without receiving the error message.

A list of Printer is on the browser, point the printer with your mouse then right click on your Printer HP OfficeJet to select Printer Offline and click it to go back Printer Online. Good luck!

Hello.
On the front of the cartridge are some gold coloured dots, these dots line up with pins inside the printers cartridge holder. Make sure all these pins are lining up and free of any ink or dirt.
Use a bright torch to make it easier.
I hope this helps
