Looks like there is a mechanism error in the body of the santa. Possible on the part of the cable that is not installed correctly.

I have a santa bear but I don't have the head so where can I have a other one

if glue gun is used this is not def cult to remove...but if it is other glue it is very difficult to remove...

Nope not real

First check all connections to see if a wire has been disconnected or accidentally cut.
Second thing I would do is lube all tracks.
Also make sure hauler is level and tracks aren’t in a bind.

How was the head connected to the body? What broke? Repair what broke with glue or whatever and you are back in business with your dolly.

After you take the screws out the canopy slips forward and comes out. Just, gently, pull it out in the direction of the nose and it will come out.

have you tried using the trim buttons?,after take off when its around 2ft in the air if the tail spins to the right tap the left trim button a few times and if its spinning left tap the right button a few times and this should stop it spinning it works ok on my one
