You're probably going to need to remove the fur and examine the leg to see if there is a bent rod or connection joint that you can bend back out. Contact Hasbro's Customer Service for the instructions on how to remove the fur if you're not sure. They may have resources for you such as repair shops locally or in-house repair you might be able to send it for repair. if it is out of warranty, and you did not buy an extended warranty, they may charge for the service. Easy, Long nose pliers to the inside bottom of the cradle.
pull and hold the lock ( the little thing sticking out, looks like a notch), and pull out the cradle. easier to do if the cradle is closed up and no iphone
