I need a user manual.
here is the link to the pdf. file for the user manual. if you can't open it for some reason go to hamiltonbeach.com over on the right it says customer support, put your cursor over it and it brings down a list to chose from, select use and care guides, then it asks you for information on your product and lets you download the PDF file.

Hamilton beach flexbrew. Say “Fill H2O” but is is full. What do I do?
I was able to fix this:1. Remove top cover2. Remove grate, one screw3. Dump water4. Clean water sensor probe (silver colour, bullet shape, approx 1/4" long), use a small flat screw driver with paper towel to remove any build up.5. Plug in and test until it works.if you get it to work again, that would be a good time to run the vinegar solution through.
My wifes Hamilton Beach Iron
If this question had come through yesterday I would have said it was an April fools joke. Somehow pressure is leaking back into the iron body and the only outlet it can find is some poorly made electrical lead. For starters I suggest that you replace the cord and plug. Perhaps a better quality cord will not do that. For extra security, seal the ends of the wires with silicone sealant. If I had grand kids, this would be a story to tell them, like you say, it is hard to believe but good luck.
I just told my wife the story and she asked if the water was not coming from the wall socket from a leak somewhere else in the house?
How do I silence the beep on my hamilton beach microwave
If you live in a place where using your microwave in your own apartment angers other tenants, I say time to move, if it is your roommates, then be next to unit and open when at 1...
Otherwise pulling apart to shunt or cover speaker may damage the unit and since you asked here, you likely are not electronic savvy and I would not recommend you learn working on such a dangerous device...
