How do I unstop my dishwasher?
Turn the breaker off for five minutes and the turn back on. Start the dishwasher and see if it will drain. Sometimes power bumps can mess with the control board. Otherwise it could be the control board or the pump.

Pull the inside panel off to see what is going on with thr relat that controls this. Probably ther is a leak that has caused some corrosion on this assembly.
Dishwasher troubleshooting
Remove them and check that they don't need cleaning. The top ones usually move with the power of the water going through them. If they are blocked the water can't get through and they can't turn.
