My frymaster just got boiled out. And when we put

without model number, I can only talk generically. This sounds like the high limit is open and needs to be reset. The partstown website I attached should take you to where you can find your manual and this should help you fix it.
Orange flame
A orange flame means that not enough air is mixing with the gas to produce a nice clean burning blue flame. Try cleaning out any deposits of grease or anything else that could be blocking the air pathway to the flame.

The pilot light should remain "ON" all the time. It is not intended to ever go off, unless you are not going to use the fryer for several months at a time. Then you can just shut off the propane which will shut off the pilot light flame. It does not cost that much to run the pilot light all the time. About one to two dollars a week.
My pilot light will not
Make sure the thermocouple is deeper into the flame of the pilot light. It needs to reach a high enough temperature to produce a high enough voltage to keep the pilot light lit all the time. I do not think that the main gas valve is bad at all.
Gas valve is leaking
There is no repair to fix the leaking gas valve other than to replace the gas valve with a brand new one.
