There are basically two models, but both are similar in waxing floors. I've just uploaded the manuals for each. The instructions for the Floor Pro can be found on page 12 of the manual. The B-8, or 2101, is the same. Basically: Clean the floor. Prepare a spray bottle of wax solution. Spray an area in front of you, and back away while "swinging" the shampooer from side to side. Repeat.until finished.

The rectifier is in the top end of the motor. Take the cover off and then the top end plate of the motor. With the bolts removed, you will have to tap and rock the plate to evenly remove it. Carefully look at the marks on the old and new part to be shur you do not make a mistake in the wiring. A drawing and photo might be nice too.
