You cant. That's the whole purpose of a passcode. The only possible option is some tablets will, after a predetermined number of failed attempts to unlock, allow you to do a factory reset on it.

There is a connector strip to the display board....it comes from main circuit board.
This is a push fit connector...and may have become loose....opening and reattaching may solve the problem..
Other reason could malfunction in main circuit board....
While the first solution can be attempted locally...the latter is best addressed by service centre

Just because the battery indicates it is charged that doesn't mean it is any good.

There are multiple fixes for this...but the easiest is an extension antenna.

What Android version do you have? Its important, because version 5 I believe, they made it a read only. You may need to root the device in order to get the xsd card fully functional.you can find this info under settings/about, and scroll to the bottom
