I have two delta vanity faucets that the red and blue set screw cover is coming apart. How and where do I get new ones

Pull out the little red/blue plug, apply a thin coat of clear silicone sealant to the edges, and reinsert it. It'll stay in, but it can be removed in case of needed repairs.

Hi, W/D here.
Almost always, the shutoff valves are at the wall where water is supplied to the faucet. If the problem is with the drain piping, and the faucet valves don't leak, you don't have to shut off the water. Simply replace the drain piping and tighten it up. If you need any repair parts, you can get them from any hardware store. Please repost if there is anything else that I can help you with.
Good luck, and best regards,

Be sure you have the right kit for your faucet. I think there are two types of springs. I usually leave the ball adjustment loose, and tighten the cap. Then I use that little spanner wrench to tighten the ball. Have you used the little wrench to tighten?

How do I fix a Delta touch control kitchen faucet that works intermittently?

First, check your electrical connections from the battery pack to the faucet. If they are good, the next step would be to replace the batteries. Good luck!

Need help disconnecting a hose assembly on Delta faucet. This is the new white sort or rectangular type quick connect hose assembly.

There is a plastic horseshoe shaped retainer clip that must be pulled back from the housing to remove the hose. It can be a little tricky so bring a very small flat screwdriver with you to help pry the clip open.

My Delta kitchen faucet is putting out small black particles with the hot water. What can I do to stop it?

Is the kitchen faucet the only problem? If not, then the water heater or other problem may exist in the water system. When you run the hot water, are the particles always coming out or do they go away after while?Black particles can be caused by carbon water filters. Do you have a filter? Those particles stop over time. Washers and "O" rings that are wearing out can cause black particles. I would check under the sink to see if you have any slow drips. You may see white, green or black colors along the fittings.I've also seen black particles from algae in the line. Maybe there's a leak somewhere in the system that dripping and cause the algae to form? Inspect your water lines and checking for leaks anywhere in the system may help. If you turn off all your faucets, washer, hose bibs and check the water meter, is it still moving? I'd check it every 15 minutes for an hour to see if there is a slow leak. Here's a diagram that shows all the parts: PlumbingWarehouse com Delta Kitchen Faucet Parts For Model 470 472I'd also take out the aerator and see if it's clogged. You may have to change the washers and "O" rings.Parts and prices: (sample list)https://www.plumbingsupply.com/deltakitchenfaucets.html

My Delta kitchen faucet, model470 or 471,single handle pullout signature faucet, is not spraying properly or allowing a good water flow.

The first thing to check is the filter screen inside the nozzle. There should be a ring that you can unscrew right where the water comes out. You will probably have to use a pair of pliers to loosen it. Use an old dishcloth or rag between the ring and pliers. This will protect your shiny faucet from being scratched! Once the ring is off, look inside it. There should be a metal screen inside with very fine mesh. It will come right out, but you may have to use the tip of a knife to pry up on one edge to get it started. Most likely, it is clogged with sediment. Clean it by holding the clogged side down under a running faucet. This is backflushing. Remove any remaining sediment with a fine brush and reinstall by reversing the directions above. Some people just never put them back in, preferring the stronger flow of water. Good luck!

Sometimes you have to get a little creative with your lift rod installs depending on your sink they can require a little more bending and customizing to get everything to line up. Just because the factory bent it a certain way doesn't mean you can't straighten it or bend it more
