I CHANGED TONER BUT RED LIGHT HAS NOT CHANGED TO
Look for a fuse on the catridge. If there is NO fuse or it was broken before you insert the cartridge, the toner EDN detection will be NOT cleared. By yourself fuses and change them when your printer starts to blink.
If that didnt help, there can be lots of problems. When you power on the printer you have to hear a nois of rotating parts...if no look for piece ot paper or other problem in internal paper path. Maybe you have a burned termofuse in fuser section.

Replace the fuse in Dell 1110 toner cartridge
I've found that the Dell 1110 printer has a special feature for resetting the toner alarm. If you refill the toner cartridge one way or the other, or buy a new, you have to let the printer "blow" the small 5 x 20 mm fuse that sits in a plastic holder on the cartridge.
It you try with an empty fuse holder the printer will work, at least for a while, but the alarm will stay on.
The right thing to do is to insert a 63 mA fast acting (F) fuse in the holder on the cartridge, insert the cartridge and start the printer. During the start up-sequence the printer will blow the fuse and note that as a "proof of new toner". You'll see the alarm go off and the status sheet will indicate 100% toner! Also an 100 mA F fuse may do the trick, but probably not a higher amperage. See the last minute of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ox_kqCYlSU
Dell1110 Laser Printer.
Changed Cartridge -
Hello,
If you have flashing RED and GREEN LEDs on your Dell 1110 your printer will need servicing by the Dell service department. It is hard to say what is wrong without looking at the printer in person but those two lights together spell trouble not easily fixed. It could be a damaged circuit board or component. This typically has nothing to do with ink, paper jams, etc.

Chris
Error on Xerox C525A ( 004-332 )
Dear Sir,
can you help me out. i've got a Xerox C525A with a error
message "010-397". what does this mean? and how can i
fix this so i can carry on printing.
Poor copy quality
there are 3 reason if the copy gray & less sharp:
1) the toner you are using is not compatible very well with the cartridge unit if you changed other compatible toner.
2) the cartridge going near the life-cycle, (also cause print blurred)
3) the photo drum going near the life-cycle
you may try to change the quality toner (original factory). or
change the cartridge if it is out of the life-cycle
My dell 1130 has a steady red light
Maybe there is problem with toner cartridge (maybe it is empty or problem with the chip), paper jam or some mechanical problem. Try to take out the toner cartridge and put it back. If the blinking still exist try to replace the chip (or refill the toner cartridge) or check for paper jam. Maybe there is small part of paper - look carefully.good luck.Good luck
Paper jam for dell 1130 laser printer
Ive got a Dell 1130n that was jamming once it came out towards the top. if you take the top off (2 screws in front and 2 screws in the back) and the rollers right there at the back (once you get the top off) take that long "roller bar" and the springs that push up on that bar just slightly stretch them out and clean the rubber wheels with soap and water (allow to dry) and put everything back together. Also the wheels in the back could be cleaned too. If you open the rear cover there is another "roller bar", there are grey clips on each side that if you pull down the click into place, just unsnap the "roller bar" and clean these wheels as well. It has worked great for me so far.
Dell 1320c printing error "no paper detected"
I had the same problem. I removed the paper tray, turned the printer on its side and manually moved all the working parts on the bottom of the printer - rollers and switches..
When I reinserted the paper tray, everything worked fine.
PS. I ordered and returned a new paper tray from Dell, that was not the problem.
