Try using another app for touch screen calibration.

This is the "master" reset procedure. No other way of clearing the unlock pattern.
*******This procedure will delete all items (file's) and entries on the MID7015******


Step 1- Power the unit off. Press and hold the "Power Button" till the "Device Option menu appears.

Step 2- Click on "Power Off and select "OK" .

Step 3- Once the unit has been turned off. Press and hold the "reset" button and "power" button simultaneously for eight seconds.

Step 4- The following screen will appear. Press the "reset" button.

Step 5- The Android system recovery screen will appear.

Step 6- The "Home and Menu" button will allow you to go Up and Down the Android system recovery screen.

Step 7- Press the menu button to go to "wipe data/factory reset". . Press the "reset" button.


Step 8- The following screen will appear. .
Step 9- Press the Menu" button to select "Yes- delete all user data".
Step 10- Press the "reset" button.

Step 11- The following screen will appear .

Step 12- Press the "reset" button to reboot/restart the unit.

If there is a reset option try that usually by holding down the power and volume up button for ten seconds

it is a tolbar installed on your computer...just go start-control panel-program and features and uninstall all tolbars you have installed befor..then open google chrome or mozilla or IE and delte all cockies and temp files.PUT GOOGLE,COM as HOME PAGE...resart pc and it will solve the problem i think.If not feel free to contact me then i will help you throught...If you can't delte temp files i think the best way to use is CCLEANER you can download it gratis Oppsss...NEVER INSTALL TOLBAR Regards

There is a possibility that the charging port is damaged. This is a common issue with Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire hd. Coby has closed their doors. One of the solutions I found was to do a hard reset which restores the tablet to out of the box condition. To do so, hold the power button & the volumn down button until the android figure appears. He'll be on his back with an open panel on his chest with a red triangle above it. Press the 'back' button and a menu appears with options of "reboot system now', 'apply update from external source', wipe data/factory reset', 'wipe data partition', and 'apply update from cache.' Scroll up & down the list using the volume up/down buttons and select the option you want using the power button.
