I have a disallignement of 10 minutes between the digital and the analogical time. The digital time is perfect how can I allign the analogical one?
You have to know that analog time "follows" digital time.Any hour/minutes correction on the display has direct effect on time/minutes hands. Some times, mostly after battery replacement, hands might have declination. That is why there is a function so called "Hands home position adjustment".Using this function you can align both hands to 12/00 position. If there is any declination (I think is your case) you can correct.Try to enable this function by pressing for 4-5 sec the upper left button(A) until "HAND SET" appears. If hands are not aligned exactly to 12/00 position, you must correct by pressing the lower right button (D) for forward movement or the upper right button (B) for backward movement. In fact, minutes hand is aligned, hour hand follows. When both hands are set to 12/00 (home position) press button A again.Time Mode returns to the display.Normally hands will now show exactly according to digital (display) time.I hope this will help.
How to replace the battery?
I take mine to a watch dealer to get the right, freshest battery from someone with the right tools to install it. Peace of mind.
I have a 3054. About
This same problem (watch resetting to 1/1/205) has happened to me 2x now, about 2 months or so apart.
I have had this watch for ~10+ years now, and works perfectly.
I have replaced the battery 2x.
Again, the watch works great.
I just realized that in the .pdf manual, there is no indication for a "low-battery" condition.
I am guessing that the "low-battery" is what is causing the watch to reset the date/time to 1/1/2005.
Any others having this same problem if this watch resetting to 1/1/2005 after the watch has run just great (auto time syncing, etc.)?
This watch Keeps great time!

How do I receive signal from ft Collins
The Casio wave scepter watches often got put on sale because the booklet was thick and the sales staff inside their steel shell stores could never prove how it worked. I bought 3 from Sears at a low price.
Ok, I am in northern ontario, and I set the watch around a non metal tube or box - like a paper towel roll or small pop bottle and set it on a south or west facing window ledge. Works best on a top floor. Position the watch so the 12 is pointing to Fort collins.
My casio at this distance doesn't pick up the radio signal until sometime between midnight and 6 am. It has a setting that reveals if it did sync and reset the time, and will show at what time it sync'ed.
casio watch manuals are available online. As long as you have set what time zone you are in, it will set the time.
After time change day, i
Actually this is a simple procedure for a watchmaker or a person that changes alot of batteries, you don't need to send it anywhere, for the price of postage you can get someone to reset your watch, It is not actually a button but a spot on the circuit board that is shorted with tweezers to the positive side of the battery. This procedure is usually done when you install a new battery.
Why does my autolight on gshock doesnt work
Read the manual that came with the watch.
The battery could be too low. Try it in complete darkness (closet) and see if there is any glow at all.
Make sure you are pressing the correct button.

I have a number of these Casio and Citizen watches. This watch does not use GPS for the time keeping. It uses a land based broadcast time signal. There is public information about where the signals come from for your area. The technical breakdown of the time code signal is public access information.
The instruction manual of the watch has the information about when your watch should automatically receive the time signal, and how to set up the watch. Many of the manuals also included a map showing the time signal coverage, and includes the time of day information to show when the signal is strongest.
Make sure the watch settings are for your time zone. This is important. If the main time zone is not for your area it will be trying to receive the signal at the wrong frequency at the wrong time of day. There are areas where the signal may not be able to be received. You can get the mapping for this from the service that the watch has been set to use.
In North America the auto time receive is supposed to take place between midnight 00:00 to 04:00. In the eastern part of North America the reception is poor compared to central and western part of North America. Check the instruction manual for your watch for details.

My Casio Wave Ceptor 3054
My Wave Ceptor also reset to 01/01/05 four days ago. I've had it for more than a year and this is the first time it's happened. It hasn't reset with automatic updates and I can't get it to manually update.
