hi, taht is a sowteare malfunction, in some cases reinstalling the firmware solve the problem, but it could be the image processor pcb ( Main electronic board) defective and need to be replaced

Just, Change the fuser film sleeve or Fuser Unit. you will have a new ImageCLASS

Open the manual feed tray and place the paper in. It should automatically feed from that tray.
