You need to purchase new buttons and replace them easy to do only one screw.

Seat unit is not recommended for babies less than 3mts as it doesnt lie totally flat and is bad for their little back

Push in the little white button on the frame handle and pull the 2 buttons on either side of the handle - if the frame doesnt fold doew gently move the handle a bit untul you hear a click then should fold

Same as a bicycle, if you cant do yourself bring to bike shop

Yes there are different hoods for the frog, but I had one and bought the cameleon hood and seat covers as there are more colours and they fit it just as well

it is most proabably the support under the bassinate - check if it is missing.

Fill it up with a Quick fix material and cover it with a solid broad Tape - cheap and best solution though it is temporary

get flash light and butter knife... shine light through back of where you have your wheels... use knife to press tab back and pull on wheel.

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED YOU COULD FILL THE BATH WITH WARM SOAPY WATER AND LET THE DENIM FABRICS SIT THERE TO GET RID OF EXCESS DYE... THEM DRIP DRY :)

Hi,

When the chassis is open but with no seat/carrycot/car seat on, it will move like it is not locked properly, this is normal. When you place a component on top, this will then lock the chassis completely.
