If you are using anything before IOS 7 the way to attach photos is kinda backwards.you don't actually attach photos but you choose the photos you want to send in an email. anything below IOS 71)Tap on the PHOTO app and Go into you photos.2)Choose the photos. You can send one or more. If you are in your photos you should have an icon on the top right (its the last icon, a picture of an arrow going out of a square). Once you hit that icon you are able to mark your photos to send . Each photos you choose will have a check mark on it.3)Once you have all the photos marked hit the "SHARE" icon on the top left of the screen. From there you can email or message those marked photos.
