Larger companies have Security Certificates to basically prove that they are trustworthy. The Certificates expires and have to be renewed. Some decide to, but some don't bother. On a computer, you can change a setting to ignore them, but not sure on an Android unit as I am an Apple iOS person, but the videos explain. There is explanation here.
