Claim on the warranty. Any attempt by you to fix will void the warranty. Contact the shop that sold it. Did you read the instruction manual? Obvious question, is it connected to a mains water supply and verified water at the fridge?

Hi ndb2157,

Please determine whether the ice bucket is being blocked by the ice or by the part of the icemaker is being dislodged. If it's ice blocking it, please reinsert the bucket, closing the doors, then dispense some ice to see if the auger in the bucket can move the ice out of the way so the bucket can be removed.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Every model is a bit different, but there should be an ice maker option on the control panel. Your best bet is to look in your owners manual or do a search for your model number online.

On most of Commercial refrigerators it does run 24/7

Refrigerators | Answered on Nov 26, 2019

That sounds like a power glitch. Try pressing and holding the power freeze and power cool buttons at the same time for about 8 to 13 seconds and see if it clears.

If that doesn't do it, let me know and I'll dig up the Fast Track on it.
