Try these folks. They were formerly a Powermatic dealer and still have a number of parts on hand. I was in there yesterday and they are getting away from Powermatic and going exclusively to Sawstop.

Verge board needs repair - wood or UPVC?
Understand that what what you are discussing are SYMPTOMS, not PROBLEMS. The verge needs repairing because (most probably) there is a problem with water getting to it. A leaky roof or poor design. If it was a leaky roof at one time, causing the rot, and the roof was fixed then you would only need to replace the damaged area. If it was damaged due to poor design or some hidden leak or such and you replaced the verge, the damage would come back. In either case, look for the PROBLEM and it will give you a clue as to what may have to be done.
I have an old craftsman joiner (4 1/2'') actual measurement.
Try going onto craftsman tools website and looking up the jointer by model number. there should be a blowup and parts list, maybe a price list also. if the bearings aren't listed you can probably take it apart and find replacements at Grainger, or MSC or motion machine.chibasset
Need manual for delta jointer model number 37-196
go to Dewaltservicenet.com and type in your model number and on the next page you will that another model supersedes yours, click on the instruction manual for this one it is 25 pages long, the manual for your tool is not available online.
Snipe
could be the way you are feeding/removing the board. snipe is actually the sound the board makes when its end passes over the cutter. the inboard table should be slightly lower than the rear table. pressure and movement must be maintained when feeding the board the entire length of the joiner table.
Planing a board longer than
Try making a cut on your tablesaw so you have one ture(straight)edge to work with. Or a skill saw with a straight edge. The part of the planner past the cutter is where you want any pressure on the wood to keep it straight(true). Extensions before the cutter will cause the wood to move up and down as the work rolls past them. You need a straight board and keep pressure down past the planner cutter head to make a true cut. I hope this was helpful, please leave feedback. Thanks, SP

go to home depot and purchase DELTA 12 1/2 inch blades. make sure they are centered so they don't rub the sides of the housing or grind off a little bit off each end.
Roller will not pull boards through machine when
I assume you have a thicknesser and not a jointer? The rollers occassionally require cleaning as dirty or dusty/resim gummed rollers will not operate efficiently to pull a board through the cutterhead.
