Hamilton Beach brew station. How do I fix a E06 Error Code please.
Question edited for clarity. Turn question around, 'E zero 6' not E small letter o 6.
Model Number is useful.
I found this on a site that has a malware warning, so I wont provide the link
The Hamilton Beach 49966 is a coffee maker that uses both ground coffee and coffee pods. The E06 error code on this model indicates a problem with the water flow sensor. This could be caused by a clogged water filter or an issue with the water pump. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the E06 error code:
- Clean the water filter: Check the water filter and make sure it is clean and free of debris. If it is dirty, rinse it with water and let it dry before reinserting it into the machine.
- Check the water tank: Make sure that the water tank is properly seated and has enough water. If the water level is low, refill the tank with fresh water.
- Clean the water lines: Over time, the water lines inside the machine can become clogged with mineral deposits or other debris. You can try running a descaling solution through the machine to clean the lines.
- Reset the machine: Unplug the machine from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on to see if the E06 error code has cleared.
If none of these steps work, the issue may be with the water pump or sensor, and you may need to contact Hamilton Beach customer support for further assistance or to request a repair.

I need more temperature from my espresso machine
Often these temperature differences are solved by descaling. Do never use vinegar. One can buy citric acid crystals or powder (not the same as lemon juice) and dissolve that chemical in water. I buy it in the Chinese Mall. Do not make a too strong acid. Shops sell maintenance powder which is the same but that is quite expensive. Let the acidic water go in and through the coffee maker until it looks clear. Next rinse with water for quite a number of runs. You may see how strong the citric acid that you make is by descaling something else and wait for about an hour. Another acid to be used in coffee makers is lactic acid. Lactic acid is bought as a cleaning agent. Also very strong and to be diluted with water.
Chefman Barista Pro Silver Won't Dispense Milk
All your delivery tubes are blocked with congealed sour milk. These machines need cleaning daily with Enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza, but they don't tell you this stuff when you buy them. I spent the last 9 years of my career with high volume coffee machines (1,000 cups a day) and ours were cleaned three times a day. In a previous position where they were actually done once a day, the tubes sometimes had to be removed and cleaned manually. The milk in the tubes was disgusting and stuck to the walls of the plastic tube like glue! They also don't tell you that these machines need dealer service every 6 to 12 months.

Malfunction 8 On Screen
Likely cause of this is a blocked worm drive. The worm drive takes the coffee in and then, after brewing, ejects the used grounds into the Dump box. Over time, coffee grounds accumulate on the worm drive and eventually jam it. This is Malfunction 8. Machine will need to be stripped and cleaned. Hope this helps.
Xp9000 does not in form me that it has run out of beans, any help please , thanks
They only know that the beans is empty when it comes to compressing the grounds into a puck just before brewing. If the brew unit has nothing in the chamber to compress then it assumes you are out of beans.. Remove and thoroughly clean the brew unit and make sure grounds are exiting the grinder when the grinder is running.
