You might try to Isolate cause by exchanging faucet head (sensor) with one of the other units.

Suggest using a "DC" capable current probe to observe battery drain and compare good and bad units. See following probe;

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Southwire-Digital-600-Volt-Truerms-Ac-Dc-Clamp-Meter/1001002506

With the probe you'll be able to determine results immediately instead of waiting 2 weeks for pass/fail.

The cartridge has a leaking o-ring or is faulty. Replace the cartridge under warranty and grease it up with Water Pump Grease when you refit it.

Download the BILT app and search for your faucet model. The icon is turquoise with a white nut ( as in nut and bolt).
It will show you step by step nearly everything under the sun. Hope that helps a bit.

Can you tell us more about what you mean by Disable?

If you mean,how can you stop water from flowing, there are usually shutoff valves in the hot and cold water supply lines under your sink (nothing to do with the faucet itself).

No, sorry but if it used to work it is unlikely to fail so soon. Check the hot water supply first.

First clean out your cabinets under the sink. Second turn turn the cold water valve off, hot water valve as well.
You should be able to locate the sprayer hose as it will have a weight on it, this helps to pull the sprayer back when you are finished with it. Remove the weight by lifting up on the tab should be on the center of the weight.
Then you should see the hose connection.There you should see a button.Push it in and give it a little tug. The hose should be disconnected. Just follow in reverse order to reinstall.
I hope this is information is helpful. Have a blessed day.

Leaking from the stem or handle 90% of the time means all you need is a new cartridge or new O rings or seals, depending on the model of your faucet.
Phister has a warranty https://www.pfisterfaucets.com/parts-support/warranty-information
and if they are like other faucet manufacturers with a similar warranty, just take the bad part(s) to your local authorized Pfister dealer and they will exchange them over the counter. Otherwise, you can contact Pfister through their website.
