Hello, the situation is familiar to me, as I'm also writer and was at the same point some years ago as you are now. I want to advise you to try Persona app, it is for Mac as you wish. It was relly the best app to plan and to do my essays ever. The good one is Evernote. Evernote is a fantastic place for you to gather your ideas, research and notes.

Doubtful, to get anything published no matter how great or unique, without writing or grammatical skills. Why don't you take some classes first? Hine your English and writing skills, then write your story.
